At USB-Depot, we stand behind our products and services so much so that we even offer our customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: your order will be received free from manufacturer defects or damage and customized as you approved, or we will re-run your order, refund your payment, or credit your account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Our guarantee covers the following two elements:

Guarantee on Products
For us to return, re-run, or offer credit on products that are not up to order specs, the customer is required to have followed the order process steps. For example, in the case of decoration/imprinting dissatisfaction, the customer must have ordered a physical product sample, i.e. Step 1 of our order process. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Guarantee on Decoration/Imprinting
For us to return, re-run, or offer credit on products that are not up to order specs, the customer is required to have followed the order process steps. For example, in the case of decoration/imprinting dissatisfaction, the customer must have ordered a pre-production sample, i.e. Step 2 of our order process. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

At USB-Depot, we stand by our guarantee; however, we do need the customer to work with us throughout the approval and order process to ensure products are exactly as expected.
