Shipping

USB-Depot is pleased to provide professional shipping services to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion.
Unlike many other custom imprinted USB providers, USB-Depot offers shipping in both the United States and Canada with NO hidden charges and no customs or duty nightmares! We have locations in both countries, which means that you will never get “stuck” with a customs/duty bill.

A Special Note for Our Canadian Customers:
Many other companies selling USBs will ship to Canada from the United States, but USB-Depot is the only company serving both countries that provides FULL pricing, including shipping, up front to our customers. This is to make it absolutely clear that you will not be charged any duty or customs entry prep charges, which can potentially amount to hundreds of dollars, depending on your order size.

Shipping and handling charges are based on a combination of the following:

  • Weight, size and dimension of ordered products;
  • Chosen delivery options;
  • Shipping preferences;
  • Receiving date/deadline.

Orders are shipped FOB from Niagara Falls, NY or from Oakville, ON.

USB-Depot can deliver to most locations in Canada and the United States; however, due to carrier restrictions, USB-Depot cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. All shipments are sent insured to protect the value of your goods.
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Most items are shipped via UPS, but USB-Depot does also ship via FedEx, Purolator, USPS, and Canada Post.

USB-Depot generally ships orders using its own carrier accounts and adds these costs to your order invoice. If you prefer to have your shipment billed to your own carrier shipping account, please provide us with your carrier name and account number when ordering. Please note that customers using their own accounts for shipping are responsible for insuring the shipment.

USB-Depot is not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods while in transit and you will be responsible for the full amount of your purchase. In addition, USB-Depot cannot be held responsible for delays incurred while your products are in the possession of your selected carrier.

Split Shipments
Should you require split shipments (for example, if you would like your order to be sent to more than one location), please advise us so at the time of order and we will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.

Delivery Times
Both production time and shipping time must be taken into account in estimating how long it will take to receive an order. As expected, the faster an order is needed, the more costly production (and especially shipping) can get. The more lead time provided for receiving items, the better! However, USB-Depot does also offer express services and is committed to helping you with short turnaround times where required.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise
All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.

International Shipping
In addition to the United States and Canada, we can ship custom imprinted USB products to locations around the world. Please contact us if this applies to you.
